there is an ibo/igbo tribe man called PROFESSOR BARTH NNAJI.

this man was at one time
FEDERAL MINISTER OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY IN NIGERIA.

according to information generally available in the Nigeria public space :

(1) this man i.e PROFESSOR BARTH NNAJI is
an ENGINEER and a SCIENTIST. 

(2) at one point in his life he was teaching / lecturing in some higher institutions abroad

(3) his area or an area in which he is an expert is ROBOTICS.

(4) at a point in life, one of his students graduated and went back to ASIA where he became a top boss at DAEWOO MOTORS.

(5) this former student of his sought him out and told him that he would like to build a
DAEWOO CAR MANUFACTURING PLANT in NIGERIA.

(6) PROFESSOR NNAJI sought to get land in ANAMBRA STATE, NIGERIA for the project and was not able to achieve this

(7) due to this inability to acquire land for the project,
DAEWOO never built a CAR MANUFACTURING PLANT in NIGERIA
