were taught to pupils in

Secondary Schools
and
there was
MUCH ADO
about
HEALTH
GOOD HEALTH
HYGIENIC BEHAVIOUR
HYGIENIC BEST PRACTICE
i guess Nigeria
i.e
the HEALTH SECTOR of and in Nigeria
the EDUCATION SECTOR of and in Nigeria
the RESIDENTS AND CITIZENS of Nigeria
has/have
maintained this rigorous discipline

in the face of the reality

could ravage the country

(2) perhaps through the agency, assistance and involvement of the WORLD HEALTH ORGANISATION ( WHO ) and any other SIMILAR BODIES RECOGNISED INTERNATIONALLY as being of PREMIUM STANDING REGARDING HEALTH DELIVERY that the images or videos are vetted by a HEALTH PROFESSIONAL RECOGNISED BY THE ORIGINATING COUNTRY OF THE VIDEO i.e BY THE COUNTRY IN WHICH THE VIDEO IS PRODUCED AS A QUALIFIED AND ACCREDITED HEALTH PRACTIONER OF GOOD PROFESSIONAL STANDING
