with a view to providing

► decent accommodation i.e decent housing
► affordable accommodation i.e affordable housing
► decent housing environments
► decent neighbourhoods

across all Nigeria
i.e in all the 36 states of Nigeria
and the Abuja Federal Capital Territory
for all the residents of Nigeria ?

after-all,
one of the things that goes a long way to giving folks
● a basically good quality of living
● a basically good standard of living
is
a fairly decent accommodation.

and regarding housing in Nigeria,
the worrisome observation and the worrisome reality across all Nigeria
► from Onitsha in Anambra State
► to Port Harcourt in Rivers State
► to Lagos in Lagos State
► to the Abuja Federal Capital Territory

is that it is difficult to find decent accommodation
either for residential or office use
and
where a person is lucky to see decent accommodation
the prices are usually extremely very high
especially if
the environment / neighborhood in which that accommodation is located is fairly ok.

given the reality that
a decent accomodation has a profound positive impact
█ on the psychological health of the individual
and
█ on the general well-being of the individual

it is a wonder that Nigeria with
● a population of over a 100 million people
and
● tremendous earnings from
█ oil,
█ gas
█ and other natural resources

does not
as a standard policy and
as a continuing policy through every change of government / administration in Nigeria

invest in the building and distribution of decent accommodation at reasonable prices
and with
reasonable, sensible pay-back schemes say over a 30? year period
for residents of all the 36 states of Nigeria and the Abuja federal capital territory
