regarding the installation of the new pre-paid meters

in/at buildings connected to the electricity grid in Onitsha

then the scenario

is rather dis-heartening
and lowers both the spirit and the morale

in addition to being very concerning.

the Wuhan, China originated COVID-19 global killer disease

a lock-down of virtually all of the 36 states in Nigeria and
the Nigeria Federal Capital Territory ( F.C.T ), Abuja
as a necessary response and
a major effort to curb and halt the pandemic here in Nigeria.
