in this video a Nigeria Government Official is speaking to a China Government Official and telling her that it is wrong in international practice for a country or it’s representative to seize the international travelling passports of citizens of other countries.

it is believed that the Nigeria Government Official had to make this clear because China was going about seizing the Federal Republic of Nigeria international travelling passport of Nigerians in China.

questions that come to mind include :

(a) why should China be seizing the international travelling passport documents of citizens of other countries .. especially of persons who have committed no crime or any known criminal offence in China ?

(b) by seizing their passports, China makes it impossible for them to leave China through normal protocol channels and to get back to Nigeria / Africa through normal protocol channels. is seizing their passports an attempt by China to get them stranded in China and possibly kill of all them after making it impossible to trace them by seizing their passports and maybe? also? destroying ? the?  seized? passports?
