many times in Nigeria
when you talk to
children from different homes and
children from different tribes

about events in Nigeria’s national history

they tell you completely different versions of the same event.

Federal Ministry of Education Recruitment 2021 | Vacancies in Ministry of Education - www.education.gov.ng - Apply for a Job as Graduate or Non-graduate in Africa

sometimes the details that they tell you about the same events
are so opposite to each other
that
you wonder if their parents and elders who told them all these things
are actually all Nigerians
from the same country / same nation
or maybe
folks from other places who never really cared to take any
informed observatory interest whatsoever in Nigeria and are thus
passing on their un-informed and ignorance-based
prejudices and
tainted perceptions to their younger generations.

added to this worrisome reality which is actually
at one and the same both
a potentially dangerous situation and
a potentially explosive scenario

it appears that Nigeria has at some periods in it’s existence
removed the teaching of history
as a single independent course of study from
the curriculum of secondary schools and primary? schools
for no? sensible? identified? reason?.

the purported and alledged explanation that
some university and some polytechnic graduates of history
do not get jobs when they graduate from the universities and polytechnics
and so
history was removed as a subject

in the secondary schools and primary? schools
appears so silly that
it staggers the imagination that someone can or could actually
publicly utter such stuff .. such? imbecility?

Download Presentation by JAMB Registrar at 2020 Policy Meeting - MSG

if that is the reason then
Nigeria might as well stop teaching
● Physics,
● Chemistry,
● Biology,
● Mathematics,
● French,
● Yoruba,
● Igbo / Ibo,
● Hausa,
● Bible Knowledge i.e Christian Relgious Knowledge,
● Islamic Religious knowledge,
● Literature,
● English
and
virtually every other subject that you can think of

in the secondary schools
because

SINCE THE DE-VALUATION OF THE NIGERIA NAIRA IN 1989
as a core component of the then home-grown
STRUCTURAL ADJUSTMENT PROGRAMME

► some graduates of all these subjects i.e
► some graduates who studied these courses as their major courses

█ have really not been getting jobs in Nigeria
█ have really not been getting jobs easily in Nigeria
and
█ have also not been getting plum jobs full of perks with good salaries very easily here in Nigeria

just like some persons
who studied courses
● Medicine and Surgery,
● Engineering,
● Architecture,
● Law,
etc

at the tertiary level of education

and thus graduated as
► Medical Doctors,
► Engineers,
► Architects,
► Lawyers,
etc

have also either

█ really not been getting jobs in Nigeria ??
█ really not been getting jobs easily in Nigeria
and
█ really not been getting plum jobs full of perks with good salaries very easily here in Nigeria
.

since it is virtually the same scenario
for those who read the professional courses
e.g Engineering
and
for those who read the single honours courses e.g Biochemistry
or read the combined honours courses e.g Biochemistry cum Microbiology
with regards to getting a job and/or getting a really good job here in Nigeria
since the 1989 devaluation of the Nigeria Naira and
it’s self-evident multifarious negative economic and social effects
on Nigeria and Nigeria Residents

which is a major contributory reason why, for example,
► Engineers,
► Pharmacists,
► Lawyers,
► Doctors,
etc,
have since that 1989 year increasing been working as bankers, for example,
instead of going to practice the
● Engineering,
● Pharmacy,
● Law, or
● Medicine, etc
that they studied

and leaving
banking and the finance industry to
graduates of economics, banking, finance, accountancy, etc

as it is virtually all graduates of all courses / subjects
that have
SINCE THE DE-VALUATION OF THE NIGERIA NAIRA IN 1989
{ as a core component of the then home-grown
STRUCTURAL ADJUSTMENT PROGRAMME
}
█ really not been getting jobs in Nigeria ??
█ really not been getting jobs easily in Nigeria
and
█ really not been getting plum jobs full of perks with good salaries very easily here in Nigeria.

since that is the self-evident truth
then going by that silly and imbecile-like? reasoning
maybe Nigerians should also altogether stop reading
Medicine and Surgery,
Engineering,
Law, etc
as well

and infact
maybe Nigerians should altogether stop reading anything at all at the University and Polytechnic
.

2020 UTME: JAMB, Others Meet June 16 Over Cut-Off Marks - Flavision

turning aside from that imbecile?-like? utterance?
and looking at things objectively,
this combination where the children grow up into adults
carrying the different version of the same event told to them
by the parents and guardians

as THE ACTUAL TRUE ACCOUNT OF WHAT HAPPENED

and the seeming absence of a strong decision to teach
all children resident in Nigeria
a comprehensive detailing of Nigeria’s history
particularly Nigeria’s more modern history from say 1930 to 2021

is clearly, potentially and immediately absolutely very dangerous.

  1. You really make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this topic to be really something that I think I would never understand. It seems too complex and very broad for me. I am looking forward for your next post, I will try to get the hang of it!|

  9. I’m not sure why but this weblog is loading very slow for me. Is anyone else having this issue or is it a issue on my end? I’ll check back later on and see if the problem still exists.|

  14. I was curious if you ever considered changing the layout
of your website? Its very well written; I love what youve got
to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better.
Youve got an awful lot of text for only having one or 2 images.
Maybe you could space it out better?

  15. Everything posted made a bunch of sense. But, what about this? what if you were to create a awesome title? I ain’t suggesting your information isn’t good, but what if you added a post title that grabbed a person’s attention? I mean BLOG_TITLE is kinda boring. You ought to glance at Yahoo’s front page and watch how they create post titles to get viewers interested. You might add a video or a related pic or two to grab readers excited about what you’ve written. Just my opinion, it would bring your posts a little livelier.|

  16. Hey just wanted to give you a quick heads up. The words in your content seem to be running off the screen in Internet explorer. I’m not sure if this is a format issue or something to do with internet browser compatibility but I figured I’d post to let you know. The style and design look great though! Hope you get the problem solved soon. Kudos|

  21. Hiya! I know this is kinda off topic however , I’d figured I’d ask. Would you be interested in trading links or maybe guest writing a blog post or vice-versa? My site addresses a lot of the same topics as yours and I think we could greatly benefit from each other. If you are interested feel free to send me an e-mail. I look forward to hearing from you! Terrific blog by the way!|

Englannin kielen vaihtoehto on nimetty “Rest of World” -muotoon, joten härmäläinen pelaaja on selvästi tämän casino-luolan uumenissa kärkipaikalla. Tämän nettikasinon taustalla on BetPoint Group, joka on maltalainen kasinoyhtiö. Yhtiö ei varmasti kuulosta nimenä tutulta, mutta sillä on tallissaan muun muassa seuraavat pelisivustot: 21.com, JustSpin Casino, Ultra Casino, NeonVegas Casino ja Nitro Casino. Kun nettikasino on valinnut nimekseen Pelaa Casino, ollaan juuri suomalaiseen makuun pelkistetysti villakoiran ytimessä. Kesällä 2019 avattu Pelaa on näppärä pikakasino eli kasino ilman rekisteröitymistä ja lukeutuu Euroopan kasinomaailman merkkitekijän Genesis Globalin arvostettuihin brändeihin. https://barriolatinomusic.com/community/profile/francinejudge31 Jokaiselle talletukselle pelaaja saa bonuksen lisäksi 30 rautakolikkoa, jotka voi vaihtaa ilmaiskierroksiksi Kalevala-kaupassa. 30 rautakolikolla saa kaupasta ostettua 15 ilmaiskierrosta.

  23. You’ve made some decent points there. I looked on the net for additional information about the issue and found most people will go along with your views on this site.|
