[b] as a result of this mental health issues

the impact the press conferences have on her mental health,

[c] she would be opting out of the press events at the
2021 French Open / 2021 Roland Garros Lawn-Tennis Competition.

[d] she would be doing this
although she knows that
there is a rule? in the Lawn-Tennis World that says :

“ players either do the press conferences or pay a fine ”

[e] in the circumstances,
she has
… ahead of the competition taking-off / beginning …
chosen to pay the fine

miss the press conferences
in an effort to
safe-guard and protect her mental health.

shouldn’t it be possible for a tennis player
who has
health issues
e.g anxiety, depression, mental health issues
or
even asthma for example
or
severe migraine headaches ( chronic or occasional ) for example

and
who can show medical proof
of this state of health
e.g a note from his / her medical doctor[s]

and
who finds that
the press conferences aggravate or trigger
his/her asthma or anxiety or mental health or severe migraine, etc

be able to seek help and support
from
the management and administrative team
of

the tennis event itself

or

even for that matter
from
the WTA ( Womens Tennis Association ) in the instance of females
or
the ITF ( International Tennis Federation )

regarding his/her circumstance

even if
only to,

for example, :

█ get / obtain / receive a permission
i.e some sort of waiver / permit / exemption
based on the peculiar reality of his / her own personal health status
to

miss i.e abstain
from the press conferences
at a / any given tournament

where the state of his/her health is such at that period
that it will be
in the opinion of qualified medical doctors
negatively impacted upon by the strains of the press conferences

and to

█ get /obtain /receive that/such permission .. permit .. waiver .. exemption
to miss i.e abstain from the press conferences
at a / any given tournament

without getting / receiving a punishment i.e
without getting / receiving a penalty / sanction / fine

for
a state of health that is within the control of nature or GOD

who finds himself / herself in a rather un-fair treatment situation
