LALA KOI : Sam, why? is it that
the political players from the various tribes of Southern Nigeria

.. including the political players from/of
the Igbo/Ibo tribe
and
the Yoruba tribe
which/who are the 2 largest tribes
in terms of population
in Southern Nigeria ..

do not seem to act or speak in unison as a
united, cohesive, integrated entity / group / grouping / body
on
political issues ..
socio-political issues ..
in and regarding Nigeria ?

SAM : i really have no idea what you are on about,
Lala ormahleechar nm ( omalicha m ) ( omalicham ),
i mean
for one i am not a politician
and so i wouldn’t know much about politicians
and why they do the things they do or do not do

and for another
i would guess that this your question is best directed at / to
a politician from / of Nigeria
or
a participant in the political activities of Nigeria

and preferably to a politician or participant in politics
of / from Southern Nigeria

as such a person
.. being on ground and directly / indirectly involved ..
would best be able to answer you more correctly
from his/her personal experience in the political process
and
from his/her own personal Knowledge of the Nigeria political process
and
from his/her own personal understanding of the Nigeria political process.

LALA KOI : Come on now, Sam.
i have met Southern Nigeria persons who
are from different Southern Nigeria tribes
and
are married to persons from other Southern Nigeria tribes
other than their own tribes
and if there is/was a deep, fundamental hatred of each others’ tribes
they would not do so

for example,
i have met
igbos / ibos who are married to yorubas
igbos / ibos who are married to binis
igbos / ibos who are married to efiks
igbos / ibos who are married to ijaws
igbos / ibos who are married to itshekiris
igbos / ibos who are married to ibibios
igbos / ibos who are married to urhobos
igbos / ibos who are married to kalabaris

and

i have met
yorubas who are married to igbos / ibos
yorubas who are married to binis
yorubas who are married to efiks
yorubas who are married to ijaws
yorubas who are married to itshekiris
yorubas who are married to ibibios
yorubas who are married to urhobos
yorubas who are married to kalabaris

as a matter of fact, Sam,
i have also met several Southern Nigerians who are highly educated
and
i have heard rumours that
historically till date July 2022
most ( i.e at least 80% of ) Nigerians with tertiary education
are
Southern Nigerians

so how come ?
the Southern Nigeria political players
for all their vaunted education and vaunted enlightenment
do not generally? seem to act and/or speak as
a united, integrated group
on political issues and socio-political issues
on/about/of Nigeria ?

SAM : i really have no idea, Lala Koi nnmah nm ( nma m ) ( nmam ).
i can hazard at guess
at what the issues might be
however
it is at best a guess

and really,
in my view ( which may be wrong ),
it is

only Southern Nigeria political players / political participants
or
those close to them
or
those who have
studied them and
studied contemporary Nigeria political / socio-political history,
etc

that can best answer you accurately

and in any case,
to answer you fairly properly

we might need to go into
the geography of Nigeria
the history of Nigeria
etc

and all of that would take some time

LALA KOI : alright, Sam
although i might as well tell you that
i have also met several Southern Nigerians
who are Christians and are married to Southern Nigeria Muslims

and
i have also met several Southern Nigerians
who are Muslims and are married to Southern Nigeria Christians

and
i have also met several Southern Nigerians
who are either Christians or Muslims
and are married to Southern Nigeria persons
from other tribes other than their own
who are neither Christians nor Muslims

so it can’t be an issue of religion
because if it were
a Southern Nigeria Christian would not
marry a Southern Nigerian from another tribe other than his/hers
who is not a Christian

and by the same token
a Southern Nigeria Muslim would not
marry a Southern Nigerian from another tribe other than his/hers
who is not a Muslim.

so what is the issue really ?
so what are the issues really ?

and are the issues, if any,
so gargantuan
so insurmountable
that

with all their so-called education
with all their so-called enlightenment
with all their so-called exposure

the Southern Nigeria peoples / tribes
cannot?
resolve them positively
and
adopt a cohesive, integrated approach to
political matters
and
socio-political matters
