vesico-vaginal fistula ( vvf ) is not an illness that one gets from insects in the environment like malaria which one gets from mosquitoes which are the vectors of transmission of the malaria parasite called plasmodium in the language of science.

vesico-vaginal fistula (vvf ) is also not an illness that one inherits from one’s parents like sickle cell anaemia (ss) which one can inherit from the blood of one’s parents if one of them is “as” and the other parent is either “as” or “ss” or where both parents are “ss”.

vesico-vaginal vistula (vvf) is furthermore not all illness that both males and females suffer like thyphoid fever or cholera which both males and females suffer.
males do not suffer vesico-vaginal (vvf ).
only females suffer vesico-vaginal fistula. ( vvf )

the reason is plausibly because there are differences between the uro-genital area cum recto-genital area of the male and that of the female i.e in the physical structure of the male reproductive system, the female reproductive system and the way these systems can possibly impact on and/or be impacted upon by the urinary systems / urinary tracts and/or rectum.

the general information among lay persons
.. at least the information which i had anyway ..
is that the reason why men/boys so not suffer vvf while women/girls suffer vvf is because males do not carry babies in their stomach area ( womb ) and deliver those babies through their reproductive tract.

this information as i discovered some minutes ago when i went to google is not 100% technically correct.

it is also the general information among lay persons
.. and in this instance again, at least the information which i had anyway ..
further
that
because men do not have wombs and so do not deliver the babies in their wombs through their male reproductive system, men can not suffer vesico-vaginal fistula (vvf ) which is a condition that arises when a female is delivering a baby and then the membranes in her body tear with the worrisome result that thereafter when she shits i.e stools, defeacates / defecates, excretes the excreta/shit/faeces/feces passes it out from the wrong opening i.e from her reproductive tract channel instead of coming out from the anus / anal orifice / shit-hole which is the place it normally comes out from and should normally come out from.

this further information is also not 100% technically correct because the definition of vvf ( vesico-vaginal fistula ) as available via some sites on the internet is as follows :

█  Vesicovaginal fistula, or VVF, is an abnormal fistulous tract extending between the bladder (vesica) and the vagina that allows the continuous involuntary discharge of urine into the vaginal vault.

[ link address : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vesicovaginal_fistula#:~:text=Vesicovaginal%20fistula%2C%20or%20VVF%2C%20is,urine%20into%20the%20vaginal%20vault. ]

this definition is from wikipedia which also put an image nearby to visually i.e pictorially aid in it’s information dissemination.

if you look at that image there, you will see that the area where the fistula is shown to occur DOES NOT INVOLVE the rectum or any other part of the digestive canal/tract whether upper or lower.

it only shows the back part of the bladder and the front upper part of the vaginal canal below the uterus.

and just in case, you don’t take all your indices from wikipedia alone,

some higly professional sites on the internet also offer a definition of vesico-vaginal fistula that DOES NOT INCLUDE the rectum or any other part of the digestive canal/tract whether upper or lower.

for example :

says
Vesicovaginal Fistula
A vesicovaginal fistula is an abnormal opening that forms between the bladder and the wall of the vagina. A fistula can be a complication after vaginal or bladder surgery. The only way to repair this opening is through surgery, which is very often successful.
What is a vesicovaginal fistula?
A fistula is an unwanted opening that develops between two parts of the body. Causes of fistulas can include infections, injuries and inflammation. They can occur in many parts of the body.
A vesicovaginal fistula is an opening that develops between the bladder and the wall of the vagina. The result is that urine leaks out of the vagina, sometimes lightly but it can be steady if the fistula is large. In addition to being a serious medical problem, this condition is very upsetting. The leakage is embarrassing and can smell bad.
What causes a vesicovaginal fistula?
Vesicovaginal fistulas are often a complication after surgery to treat problems in the bladder or vagina. They also can be linked to gynecological cancer, either from the disease or sometimes as a side effect of radiation therapy or surgery to treat the cancer. Particularly bad or repeat urinary tract infections can sometimes lead to fistulas too, but this is rare.

you will notice that throughout all of that, these professionals didn’t mention the rectum or any other part of the digestive canal/tract whether upper or lower.

says
Vesicovaginal fistula (VVF) is a subtype of female urogenital fistula (UGF). VVF is an abnormal fistulous tract extending between the bladder and the vagina that allows the continuous involuntary discharge of urine into the vaginal vault. In addition to the medical sequelae from these fistulas, they often have a profound effect on the patient’s emotional well-being. This article reviews the etiology of VVF, the surgical principles of repair, and the techniques developed for their repair.

you will also notice that throughout all of that, these professionals too didn’t mention the rectum or any other part of the digestive canal/tract whether upper or lower.
