way back in the day :

common sense is so common that it is no longer common.

i guess,

as the boys who passed under/through the tutelage of that teacher
found out
with much shock and consternation
as they grew older
and went into life in different parts of the world :

common sense is not common at all

and

many people around the world
including the entire range
from
powerful, influential, wealthy people
through to
the flotsam and jetsam of humanity

don’t have it at all

evince the existence of it in any way at all
in their modus operandi.

have been lamenting

for every day use

in most instances,
no where to be seen

SECOND :
when the NAIRA 200 note and the NAIRA 100 note are seen at all,
they are
for the most part

in a

shabby,
tattered,
torn,
un-sightly,
dis-shevelled, and
smelly state.

e.g okada commercial motor-bike riders and their passengers

across all Nigeria

was thus adequately addressed.

since there is already a superb example

can be copied

can be adapted

to resolve the issue,

Nigeria, given that :

→→ the NAIRA 200 note and the NAIRA 100 note are hardly available in circulation for every day use and are in most instances no where to be seen
